The item is in

cosmetic and working condition.
Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
There is some rust near the antenna base.
There are some heavy scratches on the front of the device.
There are some heavy scuffs on the top of the device.
There is rust present where the paint is chipping off.
I was able to power on the device.
I was able to test the lights to be working but they are slightly dim.
Audio output tested to be working using an in-house powered speaker connected via RCA (not included).
All outputs
(Output L and R, Multipath V and H.)
tested working with a crisp and clean sound.
Tuner setting tested working using an in-house antenna wire (not included) connected to the antenna wire terminals on the back of the device.
I was able to tune into a local station and it came in cleanly.
Power, MPX filter, FM Muting switches tested working.
Output level, Tuning, Selector knobs tested working.
Product is in working condition.
