Eico HFT-90 Vacuum Tube FM Radio Tuner -  Vintage Classic. Condition is "Used". All tubes do light up as seen in pictures.  I am not an expert on this item and have no idea on how to test the tuner. I did hook this up to an HF-12 Eico preamp and was able to pull in some FM broadcast. Was using speaker wire as antenna while unit was in the basement.  Besides its age there are marks on the faceplate and a ding on the face plate on top right.  All knobs turn freely and the tuner pointer moves from left to right freely. The on/off switch does power the unit on and off. I purchased this years ago in the 1980's and was planning to build a stereo system but things change and now it is time to let go.
This is sold as is and no returns.
