    I cannot be sure but this seems like a modification.  The front face says HH SCOTT 300/13 but the back of the unit says the Craftsmen  10 Tuner.
    Either way it powered up and seems to work.
    Comes as you see it in the pictures.
    This is untested.   Sold as is.    For parts, restoration or repair.
