HH Scott Stereomaster 342 receiver vintage

Description

Scott Stereomaster 342 FM stereo receiver in  good working condition. This receiver powers on, lights up, receives stations, and the audio sounds good through both speakers. The phono section works great! I have enjoyed playing my records with this receiver. The tuning meter works well as does the FM stereo indicator light. The chassis and faceplate are exceptionally clean with practically no wear to the lettering on the faceplate. Sadly, all of the brass knob caps are missing. The reverse painted glass dial does have some age related wear to the graphics. The electronics apear to be all original, so a servicing should be performed in order for this receiver to operate at it's full potential. The only operational flaw that I know of is the switches can sometimes be a little finicky and staticky when being operated. A good cleaning with deoxit may be all that is necessary to clear them up. Altough this receiver does seem to work well, it is being sold as is and in need of servicing and repair. This reciever will be packaged very well to ensure safe and damage free shipping.
