    Upon inspection of the device,
    I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
    There are noticeable scratches on the top and the sides of the device.
    All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
    I was unable to power on the device when I plugged in a power cord.
    I opened the device to check for a bad fuse or any obvious issues. I found that the fuse was good.
    No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
    The device is sold as is for parts, repair or as a non-working item.
