Luxman T-4 AM/FM Stereo Tuner, Studio Standard Series.
Classic and extremely rare Luxman T-4 FM Stereo Tuner, (second owner) complete with original owner's manual in excellent working condition. The T-4 was part of Luxmans Ultimate High Fidelity range of audio products. Luxman also labeled the T4 as Studio Standard Series and at the time of manufacturer the late 70's early eighties was the company's flagship FM Stereo tuner. A unique tuning feature, ACCUtouch which mechanically locks the center point of the station signal by electronic sensing, this optimises rf, if, and FM detection stages. In what can be described as good exterior and working condition. Made in Japan the T-4 was a flagship tuner and considered one of the best AM/FM Stereo tuners ever made by Luxman. The T-4 features MOSFET rf and, offers both good sensitivity and selectivity. Meaning it is a superb DXing tuner offering superb Hi Fidelity. Inside is a work of art with beautiful construction. Very stylish and one of my favorite sounding tuners, very selective and engaging sound. a real dream to use. Features automatic mono-stereo switching. Can accept two Antenna inputs, standard 75 Ohm. Operates on 240 volts AC. Frequency response quoted is 30-15,000Hz +0.5 -1dB. Sensitivity 1.8 uV. De-emphasis 50uS. Will ship anywhere in the world at buyers expense.
