Harman Kardon Citation III tube tuner is among the very best tube tuners made for sensitivity. This Model III comes with an output for outboard Multiplex.
This tuner is not in operating condition and requires a major overhaul. It was working 2 decades ago, but was sitting in storage. It is recommended that you replace the electrolytic caps and the output caps.
